Spring Training Plan

In the Spring We provide a training program for our race the Loudoun Half & 8k. Which is will April 17th this year.

All of our Interval workouts (Wednesday mornings and Thursday evenings) and long runs (Saturday mornings) are geared towards training for the Half Marathon.
