Spring Training Plan

In the Spring We provide a training program for our race the Loudoun Half Races.
The race is on April 21st<\sup> & 22nd<\sup>, 2018.

All of our Interval workouts (Wednesday mornings and Thursday evenings) and long runs (Saturday mornings) are geared towards training for the Half Marathon.
