Description:   Saturday is “Long Run Saturday”.  We have scheduled seven different runs starting at four different locations which we rotate between each week.  Details can be found on the AARC Members Page on Facebook.  Check the Google Calendar to see where we are within the route rotation.

Pace Range:  8:00 – 12:00 min/mile

Note:  Snow Route – Below is our “Snow Emergency Route” from the Lansdowne Potomac Club (43459 Riverpoint Dr, Lansdowne, VA 20176). The route is used when we receive a lot of snow and the normal route is deemed not safe to run.  Snowy Lansdowne Loop (6 miles)
