Description:   All Friday morning runs start and ends at Pete’s Coffee in Brambleton.  This run always ends with coffee at Peet’s!  The run has 7 routes and are announced on the AARC members page on Facebook the day before the run.

Pace Range:  8:00 – 9:30 min/mile
