Tuesday Evening Run
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Van Metre Homes Office Building (43045 Van Metre Drive, Ashburn, VA 20148)
Run Leader: Conan
Description: The run is a 25 minute out and back. Essentially the route goes down Claiborne Parkway to Ryan Road and back. Occasionally we meet up after the run at a local restaurant for refreshments and socializing.
Pace Range: 8:30-10:30 min/mile
Notes: Great run for new members or those who want to try out the club!
